Warhammer 40k reddit6/1/2023 It felt like I really had nothing to fight Belakor with, since I was scared of having Mortarion get countered and lose his invulns, and my psykers helped, but not as much as I wanted. Or if his units countered me, or if I just got outplayed in general. I couldn't tell if it was the new terrain we brought, since it gave every one of his units cover until they hit the frontline, save his big dudes. It seemed almost impossible to deal with the amount of raw attack power coming towards my face. I also had 2 squads of 7 marines (one melee, one ranged), 3 deathshroud, and 30 poxwalkers to help hold objectives and spread the sickness. I brought along a Foul Blightspawn to help make his charges less scary and a tallyman to grind CP. I brought Mortarion along for the flavor of a brother vs brother battle since we agreed to it, as well as Typhus and a plaguecaster. I was running a fairly daemon engine heavy list, with a plagueburster, 3 blighthaulers, and a Drone with a flesh-mower. My death guard seemed pretty meek in comparison. He also brought 3 chaos spawn to hold objectives with. He was running Lord Invocatus, Angron (his warlord), and Belakor all at the same time, backed up with 2 squads of exalted and normal eightbound as well as berserkers. I was hoping I'd be able to get some advice for the next time I'm put in the ring against him. They’ll probably be out before space marine 2.Hello! I'm Chroma and I've been playing with a friend for a while, but a couple days ago, he brought a composition that simply seemed incredibly strong. It’s going to be a launch focussed in imperium nihilus with “angels of death” codex nostalgiaĮdit 2: Obviously I know Demons exist, I just personally haven’t seen anything specific about their release. The confusion is that the generic marines are painted as blood angels as they’re going to poster boy the launch, along with Dark Angels and both will see large Primaris centric updates (including a lion model). Opposite them in the launch box will be generic space marines with jump pack assault troops and a jump captain (there is likely more units in the box) The launch of 10th will be nids with a range refresh like the necrons saw. This launch will be with Primaris “terminators” (gravis marines with classic load outs and a take on the classic helmets), missile Primaris devastator (not their name) squad, and melee oriented dreadnought. – Dante (model has been ready since 2019)Īfter that we are getting space marine 2.0 with chapter supplements (no new chapter specific models) in 2023. – Sanguinor (Primarch / avatar of sanguinius), lots of cherubs – broodlord, new genestealers, macrofex, hypergants, zoanthrope HQ – new “primaris” terminators jump death company captain sanguinary priest – “primaris” terminators held back for 10th editionġ0th Ed starters feature Blood Angels and Tyranids: – adds jump assault infantry in a shadowspear style release with World Eaters Many times these types of early rumors are most useful in hindsight. It will be useful to note purely as a placeholder to compare to later rumors and actual releases. Still, this is the first set of rumors that specifically is talking about 40K 10th Edition. I presenting these as is – take them with a big heaping of salt. Here’s the latest set of rumors from Reddit that have been doing the rounds since they broke over the July 4th Holiday. Since the beginning of 2022, something has changed and rumors have come back in force – in a level not seen in over 5 years! Then they very slowly started to come back in little spurts now and again. In 8th Edition of Warhammer 40K, rumors pretty much entirely died off. Rumors have been all over the places these last few years. There’s a big set of rumors doing the rounds on the game’s next edition – which may be closer than we all think…
